[KiniNews] Terengganu Pakatan Harapan chief Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah has praised Pahang crown prince Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah for his uncompromising stand on those who break the law.
“He is clearly setting an example to members of the royalty on how they should behave,” he said.
Raja Bahrin was commenting on Tengku Hassanal’s response to a Malaysiakini report that a Pahang royalty was allegedly involved in an attack on a road construction worker.
Meanwhile, in a separate story, former law minister Zaid Ibrahim has questioned the absence of swiftness with regard to the assault cases involving a deaf e-hailing driver Ong Ing Keong and the road construction worker Alias Awang.
He pointed out that the police were able to record statements from 66 witnesses and charge Perikatan Nasional chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin under the Sedition Act within days.
