The Chairman of the Election Commission (EC), Ramlan Harun, stated that voter turnout as of 11 am is still low at 26.36 percent, and advised the public to vote earlier.He also informed that the EC has received 36 reports related to violations during the election campaign, involving campaign materials.According to him, five reports were filed with the police, but all the violations only concern campaign materials.
